About Mitsubishi Industrial IGBT Module

The Mitsubishi Electric PS21767H35CE2 is a high-voltage Intelligent Power Module (IPM) designed for compact three-phase inverter and motor-control applications. The PS21767 family combines the power switching devices with gate-driver and protection circuitry in a compact transfer-molded DIPIPM package.

The module has a 600V collector-emitter voltage rating and 30A collector-current rating per IGBT, making it suitable for controlling three-phase AC motors in compact inverter systems. Its integrated high-voltage driver circuitry helps simplify the external control circuit and allows direct connection to suitable 3V/5V logic control systems.

The PS21767 incorporates under-voltage protection and short-circuit protection on the lower-side IGBT section. A fault-output signal is provided when applicable protection functions operate, helping the controller detect abnormal operating conditions.
