Infineon FP40R12KE3 is a high-performance 1200 V, 40 A three-phase IGBT power module designed for industrial power-electronics applications. The EconoPIM 2 module combines IGBT switching technology with a three-phase diode bridge, brake/chopper functionality and an NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring.
It features low switching losses, high switching frequency, low stray inductance and high power density, making it suitable for motor drives, inverters and industrial control equipment.
